The Impact Of Divorce: All Children Only Get One Childhood

Our partners at the MGH Clay Center recently created a blog post and podcast (below) that include tips for parenting through a divorce and an important reminder that children only get one childhood; divorce is and should be an adult problem and responsibility.

The Clay Center’s post highlights the importance to children of positive parenting through the divorce process. The Fatherhood Project’s new Divorcing Dads program is designed to help men and fathers with the emotional and practical aspects of parenting through divorce. During this time, spouses may have powerful emotions about one another. This class is intended to promote positive interactions and address the emotional and practical requirements of parenting.
